The Jiapamala dell' Allegria was made with variegated Madrepora coral.
Finally, a silver pendant with floral engravings which reminds us that beauty is in the little things.

A rainbow of colors that relax and bring joy , serenity and abundance. They recall this slow dance that coral does when it moves in the depths of the sea as if it were a plant. It suggests the flexibility and strength that can coexist in us and allow us to live a life of hospitality.

Coral

Chemical Formula: CaCO3 + Fe

The medieval scholar Ahmad al-Tifasì in his Lapidary writes: “Coral is halfway between the world of plants and that of mineral. It resembles minerals because it is petrified and plants because it is a tree that grows at the bottom of the sea with roots and branches stretching upwards.” And again: Coral is said to possess other divine powers. In battle and among enemies it preserves the wearer unharmed, and for those who undertake a long journey in the desert it is a talisman that defends against all evil, and escapes from the dangers of bandits. Very powerful against all fears and snares of evil men and especially in journeys against the attacks of ill-intentioned people.
They say that it not only has the power to ward off drought, hailstorms and all things of this kind, but that it causes everyone to die rodents that consume and damage the crops, worms, woodworms, and other scourges of the air, locusts and locusts but also storms and lightning. Its therapeutic and superstitious virtues also make it a bringer of calm, healing, a heart tonic, excellent for blood circulation and as an antidepressant.
Bringer of abundance, fertility, longevity and good luck. Creature of the sea, it grows only in clear waters.”

Lapis Lazuli

Chemical formula: (Na,Ca)8[(SO4/S/Cl)2/(AlSiO4)6] + Fe2+

Formed from Azurite, a mineral responsible for its beautiful blue color, from Calcite , which causes the white and golden streaks of Pyrite chips.

Considered in the ancient world a gift from the Gods. The Roman historian Pliny the Elder describes Lapis Lazuli as a fragment of the starry vault of Heaven. Medieval alchemists held it in high regard. Used in art as a pigment powdered and dissolved in oil to obtain the color Oltremare, the shade of blue that we also find in Egyptian paintings, Persian miniatures and frescoes and paintings from Ancient Times. The ancient Egyptians used it to accompany the deceased in the afterlife and in the treatment of vision problems.
Even today, communication and creativity are linked to the 5th Chakra.
It helps to verbalize unexpressed feelings, indicated for all problems of the throat, vocal cords and thyroid. It brings us back into contact with ourselves, giving us peace, wisdom and intuitive creativity. At the same time it helps in communication with the outside, creating a bridge between the spiritual and material worlds. Lowers blood pressure, regulates hormones. It strengthens love and a balanced relationship with oneself and with others.

Pearl:

Produced by saltwater or freshwater lamellibranch molluscs whose home is an oyster. When a foreign body has penetrated its shell, a mollusc builds a covering around it to isolate it and defend itself. It creates concentric layers of Mother of Pearl, Aragonite, Calcium Carbonate and organic substance called conchiolin which acts as a binding agent for the microcrystallines around the foreign body. This is how the Pearl was born

Cited in the Gospels as a symbol of Knowledge, it amplifies its properties in the Light of the Moon. Connected in all traditions to the symbolism of the Moon, Water, Woman, the lunar phases and the tides.
Anciently called “Margarita”.
In ancient China it was believed to be a symbol of immortality. In fact, to prevent decomposition, they introduced it into the bodies of the deceased.  In the Middle Ages, however, it was diluted in Turtle and Lemon oil to treat skin and eye diseases and for gynecological disorders.
The Pearl fears excessive humidity such as dryness. She needs to be worn because her body temperature reminds her of her mother; the depths of the sea, where it finds the right conditions to form, where the water temperature is constantly warm.
Associated with the Moon, it has always been recommended for harmonizing emotional imbalances. It releases tension and promotes a good relationship with oneself and with others. Daughter of the sea is particularly suitable for those who live in conflict with their mother.
